The main frame of your Dualtron scooter, including the body, suspension arms, and steering column (excluding folding system parts), is covered by a 2-year warranty. We stand by the durability and reliability of these crucial components, which are mainly constructed with sturdy materials like aluminum alloy.
Remaining Parts Warranty:
The remaining parts of the scooter, such as plastic components, motors, and electrical parts like controllers, are covered by a 1-year warranty. While these parts are built to our exacting standards, we provide a 1-year warranty to ensure your peace of mind.
Battery Warranty:
The battery of your Dualtron scooter is covered by a 9-month warranty.
Please note that the warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that may arise under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims or any inquiries, please reach out to our customer support team, who will be glad to assist you.
