the product was well packaged no scratches on it it was immaculate fast delivery great communication with sales staff
There customer service is garbage and there shipping prosses was the only thing worse three weeks just to have the part shipped when it was sitting boxed awaiting shipping for all but 3 days of that time
Order took 17 days to ship, once received the item didnt fit, I contacted customer support about it and they were very rude and unhelpful

Iv still not received my order and its nearly been 2 months and I payid for express shipping and im still waiting so not happy
“Unfortunately, I can only strongly advise against this seller. I paid for the tire in full, but to this day I have not received the product. In my opinion, this appears highly unprofessional and unreliable. When customers pay for a product and never receive it, serious doubts about the legitimacy of the business are inevitable. There was also no proper communication or satisfactory solution provided. Very disappointing. Greetings from Vienna, Austria.”
