The seat isn't comfortable. I feel like with the amount of money being spent to purchase a seat, a seat that should have been included with the purchase of the scooter, should be a lot more comfortable than this. It needs padding. As far as reliability it's great. It's very sturdy therefore it's dependable which to me is extremely important giving the fact that traveling 65mph with your body fully exposed you would want to make sure everything parts are properly installed. Otherwise it could be a bad outcome.
