The Dualtron Sonic Alien 72V 40Ah is a flagship high-performance electric scooter engineered for extreme power, advanced electronic control systems, and modular serviceability. Built on a forged AL6062-T6 aluminum chassis, it delivers exceptional rigidity, durability, and stability under high loads and high speeds.
The Sonic Alien is powered by dual BLDC hub motors rated at 2500W ×2, paired with a high-capacity 72V 40Ah lithium battery using premium 21700 cells (Samsung 50S 9C or LG INR21700H51T 9C). A next-generation controller delivers DC110A in normal mode and DC140A in turbo mode, providing high power density with improved protection and cleaner wiring.
A patented active motor cooling system actively manages motor temperature to maintain consistent output and enhance long-term durability. The modular front and rear wheel design allows the tyre and hub to be removed separately, while motor connectors are housed inside the swing arms for easier maintenance and cleaner cable routing.
Braking performance is handled by NUTT 4-piston hydraulic brakes with 160 mm discs, supported by ABS + EBS + CBS combined braking systems. The linked braking configuration distributes braking force intelligently for improved stability during emergency stops. An adjustable hydraulic steering damper is fitted as standard to enhance high-speed control.
The suspension system features a fully mechanical front and rear setup with interchangeable leaf-spring cartridges and adjustable gaskets, engineered to balance comfort, durability, and temperature isolation across varied riding conditions.
Lighting and visibility are comprehensive, featuring a 45W automatic front headlight, sequential front and rear turn signals, rear tail light, reflectors, and RGB ambient lighting integrated into the stem and body. Ambient lighting is fully app-controlled, allowing customization of color, lighting mode, animation speed, and on/off control.
Smart systems include a TFT color display (EYA) with automatic brightness adjustment via an ambient light sensor, built-in GPS, Bluetooth app connectivity, anti-theft alarm, horn, electric brake signal, voltmeter control, and an integrated Battery Management System (BMS). Additional safety systems include traction control (TCS) and an AVAS acoustic alert system.
