Shipping Policy for Scootera LTD
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are shown on our website. By default, scooters ship free within the UK. Spare parts and accessories have delivery fees automatically calculated at checkout via Royal Mail for both UK and international orders. In rare cases, extra charges may apply for remote destinations. If so, we will notify you before dispatch.
WHEN WE WILL PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS
During the order process, we will let you know when we will provide the products to you. Our standard delivery times depend on the product type and its availability.
Scooters Pre-ordered: delivery times are seven (7) to fifteen (15) days following the acceptance of your order, as they are shipped from our suppliers in Spain and France to our UK warehouse before being delivered to your address.
Scooters In Stock: We do not hold scooter stock in the UK. All scooters are shipped from our suppliers in Spain and France to our UK warehouse before final delivery to you.
Parts and Accessories Pre-ordered: estimated delivery times are seven (7) to fifteen (15) days from the order date to your delivery date. These are average estimates and may vary slightly depending on location and stock status.
Parts and Accessories In Stock: delivery times are one (1) to three (3) days across the UK, two (2) to four (4) days across Europe, and three (3) to seven (7) days for international orders outside Europe, following the acceptance of your order.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. If we are still unable to deliver your ordered product within the maximum delivery times as per clause above, then you may request the cancellation of the order and refund advanced payment. Requests for cancellation and refund must be given within thirty calendar (30) days from the end of the maximum delivery period.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
If you do not re-arrange delivery.
If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and Clause 9 (Our Right to End the Contract) of our Terms of Service will apply.
When you become responsible for the goods.
A product which is goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.
When you own goods.
You own a product which is goods once we have received payment in full.
Reasons we may suspend the supply of products to you. We may have to suspend the supply of a product to:
(a) deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
(b) update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;
c) make changes to the product as requested by you or notified by us to you.
If we cannot supply a product within 30 days, you may request to cancel the order and receive a full refund, except in cases where the item was marked as a non-refundable preorder or we have already paid the manufacturer.
We do not dispatch products until full payment is received. No goods will be shipped while payment is outstanding.
