Important:

Replacement Procedure

• Ensure proper dissasembly is done prior to replacement
• Ensure proper cleaning of rims and screw hole threads
• Ensure proper routing of tube inside the tyre
• Ensure proper positioning of the valve
• Ensure proper tightening of the valve core with a valve core tool
• Ensure the tyre is in good condition prior to replacement
• Ensure the rims don't have metallic protrusions
• Ensure the tire doesn't have foreign objects stuck inside
• Ensure the two halves of the rims are properly aligned
• Ensure there is no abnormal twisting of tube inside the tyre
• Ensure proper screw hole threads condition in the motor cap
• Ensure proper screws condition prior to reassembly
• Ensure proper tightening of screws equal and uniformly
• Ensure all screws are tight prior to inflation
• Ensure adequate tyre pressure is pumped

After Replacement

If a puncture appears very soon after the replacement, it may be a consequence of:

• bad replacement procedure
• bad tyre - replace
• bad rim - replace
