This is really an excellent product and Scootera provide great service. I had a problem with the fingerprint reader (as I overturned the small screw inside the reader which I was not supposed to and basically broke it so couldn't get the screw out and couldn't adjust the fingerprint reader on the handlebar which was purely my fault). I immediately contacted Scootera and they were willing to help even though it was outside their work hours. The guy was very helpful and fixed it within a couple of minutes. Very professional service! I recommend any time to anyone.
