Chat online - Reach us at any time, simply by clicking on the chat icon displayed on our website, below, on the right hand side, facing the screen. You can now ask us anything and get a reply within a few minutes. Did you know you can now check the status of your order, simply by adding the order number and your email address in the chat page? It is the quickest way to check the status of your order. 

Email us - If you have a specific question about an item purchased from us, want to provide a feedback, have some technical issues or simply want to complain about anything, the best way to contact us is by sending an email to sales@dualtron.uk . We aim to reply as soon as possible, usually, within 24 hours.

 

Return an item - You can now complete a return without the need to speak with us first. Please check our return page, you will find a return form that needs to be completed and the necessary guidance is provided on our return page.

 

Book a Repair for your Dualtron - We are based in London and we can have your Dualtron scooter repaired, the best way to book a repair with us, is by completing the repair/inspection form, it can be found here. Please make sure you read and happy with the terms listed on our repair/inspection page before booking any repairs with us. 

 

Have a product inquiry? You can now find out all about the specs and features of each Dualtron model by accessing the user manual for each Dualtron model in the electronic format (.pdf). The user manuals are available here.
